It is with much sadness and regret, that the TRA Executive Committee has decided to
cancel this year's Christmas Party. When it was determined that we needed to cancel the
annual Soup Dinner, there was hope that we could get together for the Rally. Then it
became obvious, tha t the Rally likewise could not be held. Surely by December, things
would be back to normal. Unfortunately, that wish is not to be. While some things are
changing for the positive, there are still too many obstacles and restrictions in place. Yes,
the Christmas Social is 2 months away, but the planning and registration needed to start now. And, with affected numbers increasing and social distancing stil l being mandated,the need for a decision was now.
We hope that you will concur with our decision. And know how deeply disappointing this
cancellation is. With hope eternal, and much wishful thinking, we look ahead to March 2021
and getting together for an even bigger and more exciting Soup Dinner.
